Machine emits constant electrical noise

I just received the Sound + Light yesterday and set it up last night. While sitting in the glider across the room around 4am I could hear a faint noise I hadn’t heard before.
I inspected the machine and could hear a faint buzzing / electrical sound that seemed to be coming from the top, despite no sound being on. I checked properly this morning and the noise is coming from the bottom of the unit.
