Missing memories

Hi there

When I checked the app this morning I was excited to see his 10 month picture but I showed initially and now is not showing in the memory section. I had the same thing with his 6 months and despite forcing a restart and reinstalling the app it never came back. I don’t want to lose the 10 month one
