Flex stand alert zone issues

hello,

I recently purchased the Nanit pro camera with flex stand. My one year olds toddler bed cannot be set up for the standard wall or stand mount so we went with the flex stand. The problem is the Nanit camera is not picking her up ANY time she climbs out of bed or enters/exits the alert zone area. I specifically
