Firmware fails

Hello

We are about to start using sound and Light " in production" :) but time time the app shows the option to update.

I've tried several times ending the attempt with a full reset of the device, but as an it professional each time the message is shown I am hoping that this time the bug is fixed.

What is actually going on. Are there any chances for me to do something wrong in this process?
