An update regarding last night's outage
To our Nanit Community,
Last night, our servers experienced an unforeseen outage that impacted many of our users’ ability to access the app. This resulted from work we are doing to expand our server capacity. It was identified and resolved in approximately 4 hours, and our servers are now able to support a greater volume of data.
We understand how much parents rely on the Nanit product. So many of us use it for our families and understand firsthand how upsetting this situation was for everyone. Our process is to provide critical support as quickly as possible, and we immediately engaged all our teams to work through the night to ensure a swift solution.
