Why does Nanit not have a customer service number that works?
My husband and I have tried reaching out to Nanit multiple times. When we upgraded, my husband was charged twice and no refund given. They kept saying because Nanit does billing through Apple, their hands are tied. However, we have pictures of charges that have gone through Apple, so wouldn’t Nanit register those payments and honor our subscription?
