Nanit pro w/ floor stand not showing temp/humidity

I had previously had issues with my flex stand not showing temp or humidity. Now my floor stand is not showing or recording temp or humidity. I've tried hard resetting it. I've updated the app and nothing!! I'm becoming more and more frustrated with this product. It's been nothing but problems since day one.
