No motion notification alert while camera is up on phone screen

Hello, I have noticed that my iPhone (version 16.3.1) is no longer receiving real time motion alerts when the app is open and running/screen of crib in view. It will alert if I have the app open in the background (not minimized). How can I get it back to sending alerts with app running/picture in view as it did always
