Microphone not working with newest iPhone

Two way microphone audio fails to connect when iphone14 is connected to WiFi, contacted customer support several times and have ran thru all of the steps to try and correct issue (power cycling, repair, turning off router, making sure microphone settings and Nanit app are in and up to date etc) only seems to be an issue for newest iPhones.
