Alerts

Ive seen several posts about this but not any resolution outside of the initial troubleshooting.

Alerts are delayed or do not activate. I have the background audio on and will hear my baby cry before the Nanit notifies me. Baby is moving and Nanit does not notify me. Settings set to the highest sensitivity level. No sound machines on.

Also notifications for items that are outside the crib and not in the crib. As I am writing my baby is moving, but I didn’t receive a notification. I get notifications when my dog is walking outside the room though. Alerts set for the crib and not any outside areas
