The nature sounds aren’t working on our Nanit. I followed the steps to restart the system and cycled it 4-5 times but it still remains the same. I logged out, redownloaded the app, unplugged the Nanit for 5 min, and removed the camera device with no avail. How can this be resolved? Any ideas?
