You also have the option to open a ticket with the Nanit Support Team by completing the contact us form, emailing to help@nanit.com or dialing 1-866-696-2648. The support team is available from 11 AM-6 PM EST on weekdays (Monday to Friday - excluding holidays).

No audio for weeks…

I have had no audio on an iPhone 14 Pro with my Nanit for weeks. It did an update in mid December and hasn’t worked since. I have powered it off several times by unplugging. I have logged out of the app. I have deleted and reinstalled the app (and all data). Nothing is working.
