Speaker on both wall mount and flex stand isn't working

Hello,

My camera and app work just fine, but I can't use the music or voice/microphone features on either my wall mount or my flex stand.

When I first bought the camera it was working just fine, a while back it started to work on some days and not on others. We were told to wait for an app update but nothing happened afterwards.
