I paid a lot for this camera for my daughter. Now she is having to pay a amount to just look back to see what happened during the day when she is gone. now she is having to pay for the past memories. this was not the case when we started with the Nanit. what has happened and your customer satisfaction is going fast. VERY DISAPPOINTED
