Nanit is sending sound notifications but no sounds??

The past 2 nights my app has alerted me of sounds every hour or so overnight but when I replay the video, there's no sound. Sensitivity is on the lower end... why is this happening? Our camera has also disconnected twice in the last 4 days and we've had to unplug and plug back in... not sure if they are related.

Thanks for posting on the community about this. If you're receiving false audio notifications, try to power cycle your Nanit camera by removing the camera from the stand and unplugging the camera from the wall for about five minutes. Then re-attach the camera back on the stand again and let it boot back up and see if that helps resolve the issue for you.
