Since we got the Nanit, the temp and humidity feature has not worked. We did trouble shoot as indicated but still does not work.
Thanks for posting on the community. With your temperature and humidity not working, try removing your Nanit camera from the stand for about three minutes. Make sure to check that the connection ports don’t have any debris. Then firmly plug your camera back into the stand.
While your camera is booting up, try uninstalling the Nanit app, rebooting your phone device, and reinstalling the app.
