Baby sleeps 30-40 min for crib naps but 2-3 hours for bed naps how can I extend his crib naps and make him more comfortable?
I’m very confused about if is ideal or not to train my 3 months old to sleep while there’s noise day and night (I’ll like to know both cases)
My baby is almost 7 months. We’ve stuck with the exact same bedtime routine for 4+ months now matter what. I usually bounce her on a yoga ball to sleep after her feed or if she falls asleep during the feed, I rock her for a few minutes then place her in her crib. We just started a nanny share, so it’s not feasible for the nanny to rock him for his naps and leave the other baby unattended. He has fallen asleep on…

I’m trying to help her learn how to sleep longer stretches at night and start self-soothing instead of needing me to do it for her every time she wakes up. She sleeps in her crib right next to me. Do you have any tips, methods, or routines you recommend…
