Been a strong supporter for 2 years (since our first) - even upgraded when they came out with the Nanit Pro… but it’s ridiculous to think I have to get a second insights subscription for my second baby despite what I’m paying for the with the other camera. Incredibly disappointed.
I love the product and would have happily spent money for another camera however, now that I know I would need to purchase a separate subscription to get the same level of service on the 2nd camera as my 1st, I have decided that I do not need a 2nd camera and will be using the same camera for my next child. This is extremely disappointing, the exchange rate is already high enough from USD to CAD. I hope that alternative options become available for a family subscription/multi-camera subscription becomes available, perhaps I will reconsider if that became a possibility.
