Please make a split screen option so you can watch both kids at once. Important for nap time (but I’m awake so can at least flip back and forth, but I can’t hear if one wakes up while I’m doing anything else and listening to the other’s room) but mostly need it for night. I can’t flip back and forth to check while I’m supposed to be sleeping, which I means I have to choose who to listen to at night incase they need me (nightmares, waking up, etc).

the ability to review events between what was registered (as mentioned above) so I can scroll through the timeline.

Agree 100% with Daniel, these features would be amazing!

- Google Home integration
- Picture-in-Picture for iOS (we have background sound for a reason…. This is a camera.. PiP functionality should be just as important)
- Some kind of “noise filtering” feature. The camera knows when he’s moving, and it knows when he’s making a sound. It should be possible for me to only hear sound when that happens (of course adjustable sensitivity like it is right now with notification alerts). It literally sounds like I’m having white noise turned on constantly, and it makes me turn off the sound because it’s a bit annoying listening to all the time.
- As other mentioned: Some way of limiting access to the camera for a babysitter/family member, who might need access often, but not all the time.
- Widgets?
- Sleep cycle analysis? I know that I can see a timeline of sleep/awake, but it would be nice with some kind of “avg sleep time between every wake up”.. and maybe even some kind of “Seems like XYZ is sleeping longer”, if there’s a tendency of your LO sleeping longer.
- option to turn off the IR led? I mean… why are these small red lights around the camera lens on at night? Shouldn’t be necessary for IR light, or what?
there’s probably more.
in general I find it frustrating that the only improvements to this, very expensive piece of baby-tech is new features related to some kind of extra product you’ll have to buy.
this is a smart camera. Supposed to keep an eye on your baby when asleep. It’s great with breath motion detection and fun with measurement bedsheets, but I would appreciate that actual baby-sleep-monitor features, for the camera/app, that didn’t require some new, expensive gimmick to function, would have higher priority,

I would really really like to have a “timed-access” for some members. We have a nanny that comes during day time, I would like to enable her access in the morning and disable it at the end of her shift. This is such a easy feature to deploy, And would help lot of families.
you can enable/disable access manually, but therr are times that we forget to disable it in the evening just being busy with baby things or to enable it in the morning until she has to remind us, “hey, can you turn on my nanit”, it’s like almost everyday lol

HomeKit integration is also something that I almost wish everyday that Nanit had. Nanit is the only smart device in our home that isn’t HK compatible

I'd love to be able to put the white noise on a custom timer - our kids sleep with it all night, but I'd like to be able to have it shut off when it's "wake up" time. 30 and 60 minutes is too short and with the continuous play you run the risk of acclimating to the noise and not turning it off at all!

I’d love to be able to add photos to memories and not just video moments, he makes the cutest poses sometimes! No scrap book works without curated photos

Nanit insights for day sleep. So detecting nap patterns.

I’d like a music button on the nanit itself so I didn’t have to go find my phone once I’ve already put the baby down.
