Naturally had to happen at bedtime that our camera can’t be used because of a firmware update which has taken more than an hour, I think it’s frozen, how do I sort it?
Hi @Cardy_C - thank you for posting, this definitely does not seem like expected behavior for a firmware update, and it's particularly frustrating that it happened right before bedtime!
If you haven't already, I'd recommend closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't work, you could try unplugging your Nanit, waiting a few minutes, and plugging it back in. Hopefully one or both of those will resolve your issue and get your camera up and running again!
