My nanit microphone volume has become too low. My baby can’t hear my voice

nanit is on wall-mount. Was working well for 1.5 years and now microphone voice is so soft, neither my baby, husband or nanny can hear me. I tried disconnecting-reconnecting, rebooting the camera but to no avail. I cannot soothe my baby or talk to him from work when I’m on night shifts at the hospital and it’s affecting me…
