Sleep score issue

I have 2 nanit cameras but only one is giving a sleep score. They are both set up the exact same way, one was purchased in 2022 and one was purchased in 2024. They have the same firmware versions and neither requires an update. How do I get both to show sleep scores? They are both on paid subscriptions (memories plan).
