Separation Anxiety

I have a 16 month old who hit a sleep regression with major separation anxiety. We were able to get nights back on track with sleep training but her naps are terrible. She either naps 30 minutes or won’t go down at all and is screaming and clutching at mom. Any sleep related tips to help? How long does this last and how do we help our daughter get over it without being so terribly upset when mom tries to put her down?

I have the same problem here. In case anybody has any advise for it. My son used to sleep through the night since he was 4 months, and at 15 months he hit a major regression, he doesn’t nap or sleep at night on his own and wakes up several times a night screaming and crying if we don’t go. It’s been 2 months since then, and it hasn’t improved. We ruled out already ear infection and pain, I make sure he is very tired at night and fed but nothing works
