Frequent Wake Ups

Hi. Our second daughter is struggling to sleep through the night. We successfully sleep trained our first daughter and have worked on our second, but have struggled. We even hired a sleep consultant. Our little one still wakes up frequently after 2 am. Any suggestions? We have done all of the obvious things!
