2 1/2 month old stopped lifting head during tummy time

Our 2 1/2 month old girl stopped lifting her head during tummy time.

We had 3 weeks of amazing results where she was holding her head up and didn’t even want to put it down and then all of a sudden the last several days she’s not lifting her head at all.

Should we be concerned??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
