18 month regression and separation anxiety

My baby has always been a good sleeper. With sleep training, she gets about 12 hours a night and 2 hours for her nap. About four weeks ago, she had a cold, was teething (molars and others) and decided that she didn’t want to nap in her crib alone and can only be held, or nap in the car. It’s been four straight weeks of holding her for two hours in her nap. Her separation anxiety is strong and I don’t know what to do. She’s very clingy. What can I do to help her? She is so helpless during the day when we put her down for her nap.

My little boy is 19 months and for about 3 weeks now is refusing to go to bed on time, he’s waking in the night and his sleep is all over the place. I have no answers for you, I came here looking to see if I can find some!!! But I hope it improves for you. Merry Christmas ****
