3mo wakes up 10 times at night

hi guys,

first time mom here. My baby 3mo 2weeks cannot sleep thru the night and only takes 4 naps a day for 20-30 min each.

he wakes up 8-10x at night and needs to be held/fed or just feel my arms to fall asleep. I truly need help. I feel so bad for him because he is not resting.
