Difficult fall asleep

Hi,

My 15 weeks baby cries a lot once I start the sleep routine. She is not able to fall asleep by herself yet, and wake up 4 times overnight. She snacks overnight because is sleepy after she starts drinking milk. Could you please give me some suggestions. Thanks
