Nanit not for newborns?

I was considering Nanit monitor but now uncertain as previous posts indicate the Breathing Wear Swaddle for newborns has been out of stock for years now. Is that true? I’ve seen that the band is compatible with Love to Dream arms up swaddles, but if I want to use with traditional arms down swaddle does that mean I can’t use band?
