My 8 months wakes up 3 times a night

I’d like to discuss my baby’s sleep, as we’ve been experiencing consistent night wakings over the past few weeks.

Baby details:

• Age: 8 months
• Weight: ~11 kg
• Formula-fed

Sleep history:

• Until about a month ago, he was sleeping through the night consistently.
• He was previously on 3 naps per day with wake windows around 2 hours.
• Over the last month, he started waking every night around 2:00–2:30 AM, staying awake for ~30–40 minutes and needing help to fall back asleep.
