Our 3 year old stopped taking naps around the age of 2 and fights going to sleep at night. She has always been on the low end of the sleep spectrum, but when she does sleep longer it makes her feel better. It seems we’ve tried everything, except supplements. We are worried she would become dependent on them or her body wouldn’t make enough of its own melatonin. Thanks in advance!

  • Did you end up trying the supplements? Did they help? We are going through it with our 2y4mo old and are looking for new ideas.

  • We were able to speak to her pediatrician, and started with half a gummy (Zarbees brand) for a week then a whole gummy after that and it has been so helpful! It just helps her fall asleep faster. After a month we will see if she still needs it, or just use it sparingly.
