Oops we are unable to generate a video for you right now

we’ve had our Nanit for 4 months and over the past week our activity is failing to record we just get this ‘Oops’ message? Has anyone else had this or know how to solve the issue? We’ve done the reboots and internet connection is absolutely fine :/
