Twins sleeping question- 2 YO

My 2 year old twins are different sleepers. They both go to bed around 7/7:15 and nap 12:30-3:30 (a lot of the times my son wakes around 2:45 but I keep him in there bc my daughters sleeping). But my sob has been waking up around 6/6:15am and takes forever to go to bed (8/9pm) while my daughter can sleep
