“Baby is moving” status incorrect

When the breathing monitor is on, the “baby is moving” status will display instead of the breaths per minute when the baby isn’t moving at all. Is there something I can do to make sure the camera is capturing the breathing activity and motion more accurately? His breathing band is as tight as necessary, his bassinet is right under the
