My 5 month old used to sleep from 7:30pm-7am. Lately, she has been waking up every day at 5am. Her naps are also very inconsistent. Sometimes they are 1.5 hours, sometimes 30 min. I’ve tried putting her ti bed earlier but it doesn’t matter, she still wakes up at 5am.
Need help My girl used to sleep in her crib during Day naps, since we moved places, she cry every time I put her to sleep during the day, and now she takes her naps in the stroller. And night time sleep became really hard and lots of crying. Please help understand what can we do different then now. So baby can sleep well.
