In 2013, Jess was working in corporate marketing and super curious about all things well-being. She became a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and since then has trained in Reiki, hormones, nutrition and birth (Labor & Birth Doula Certification, Postpartum Doula Certification, Fetal Positions Masterclass, and Childbirth Educator Training).Â
Through the last decade - she’s supported so many incredible women through their fertility journeys, maintaining a healthy pregnancy, nourishing the fragile postpartum period, balancing the chaos of parenthood and self-care — and everything in between. When she’s not working in her biz - you can find her with 4 beautiful babes of my own, and on a continuous mission to organize their chaos!
