Sleep and lactation consultant Larissa of The Mama Coach joins us in the Nanit Community to answer all your questions about feeding and sleep!Â
A recent Nanit Lab study explored the association between infant feeding method, maternal confidence, and sleep quality postpartum. The study found that infant feeding method was not associated with maternal sleep quality, but maternal confidence was a significant predictor of sleep quality in mothers 0-6 months postpartum.Â
We’ve brought Larissa back to the community during World Breastfeeding Week to answer all your questions–so you can feel more confident in your feeding decisions, and get a better night’s sleep!
About Larissa:Â
Larissa is a board-certified lactation consultant, sleep consultant, labor & delivery registered nurse, and mom of two. After going through her own challenging postpartum experience, she realized the huge gap in support that exists once new parents leave the hospital, especially when it comes to infant feeding and sleep. Through her Mama Coach practice, she is committed to providing families with evidence-based advice and judgment-free encouragement. She specializes in lactation support, infant and toddler sleep coaching, and infant safety education.Â
You can find her on Instagram or on her website. We are excited to welcome Larissa back to the Nanit Community!
