OVERALL SLEEP

My LO is 7 months old on the 13th. I feel like her sleep has been out of each since last regression and/ir daylight savings. Some nights she sleeps without wake ups and others not.

Her naps are usually pretty short 22-35 minute? We try to put her down every 3 hours. Contact naps will be longer.

She used to sleep 12 hours and now only 10. We put her down between 6-7 pm.
