5 Month old will only sleep with help

My daughter used to be a great sleeper and was sleeping through the night since 6 weeks old. Around 4 months she did start waking up and her doctor told me to move her to her own room so I did. But ever since then we have had the worst time. I know we went through the 4 month regression
