How to deal with sleep routine changes at daycare

My almost 11 months old is on a 2 nap schedule (9 to 10:30 am and 2 to 3:30pm). She has been doing this routine for the past 3 months and loves it . She just started daycare and they only do one nap 12-2:30pm. They said they would accommodate her schedule which they did for about 2 weeks but
