I’ve always been confused about tracking the length of my baby’s nap if she extends her short nap (keeping in mind that she shouldn’t nap longer than 2 hours at a time).
For example, she slept for 30 minutes and woke up. It took her 15 minutes of self soothing before she fell back asleep. She’s now been sleeping for an hour and 15 minutes. Does the fifteen minutes count towards her two hour max nap?
