Comfort nursing and sleep (lack of)

Hello my 6 month old is honestly the worst sleeper of my kids. Naps are maybe 20 mins max once a day after nursing in the afternoon and if I move even a centimeter she's wide awake. Nights weren't bad until she got covid 2 weeks ago. And this is probably my fault but I basically let her comfort nurse
