6 month old won’t sleep unless she is rocked

my 6 month old won’t sleep on her own unless she is held/ rocked. Once she’s in her crib she remains asleep and then wakes herself up around 12/1 am. She used to get a bottle at the that time so I’m assuming she is still waking up to feed. She also has an early awake time ranging from 3
