10 month old won’t go to sleep without being rocked

help!!! My 10 month old will not go to bed at night on her own. I have to rock her to sleep and then transfer her to her crib. I’ve tried to put her to bed drowsy but awake but the second I get her in her crib she screams uncontrollably. She gets so worked up. I’ve tried to just
