Sleeping habits

Hi there, I have a 4 month old baby that doesn’t like to fall asleep unless she is being rocked/held. She won’t fall asleep on her own, she will just lay there and scream/cry till we pick her up. I should mention that she is swaddled. We’ve tried using a transition swaddle to get her used to having her hands
