Started pacifier to early?

I introduced the pacifier at about three weeks and I think it was too early. Rocking, rubbing her head helps, contact naps help but the pacifier seems to be the one that always does the trick. I’m thinking about weaning her off bc I don’t want her to get too dependent but I know it’s going to be an issue.
