Hi there, Nanit Community! Before my Maternal Mental Health AMA next week, I’m hoping to crowdsource a list of our community’s go-to mental health resources.
What resources do you rely on for mental health support? I’d love to hear about any groups that you’ve joined, accounts that you follow, books that you’ve read, and anything else you can think of!
