Is there another way to purchase Nanit Insights other than the app?

I want to restore my Nanit Insights subscription but when I try to restore it through the app its only giving the option to purchase the premium or ultimate plans. I am also only given the option to pay the yearly fee for each plan. I would like to pay it monthly as I used to before. How do I
