Authentication Errors
- Have Nani Pro and insight subscription.
- Nanit stopped working once we shifted our internet provided
- Our internet connection and my router are properly setup; all my devices are working fine
- Spent 2 hours with tech on call and ended up getting a new replacement unit
- New unit worked with local view only for 1 hour, before nanit asked for firmware update
- firmware update took long time and nanit offered advice to replug the device
