Sound Notification while camera off

We just set our Nanit pro up (updated all firmware etc). Have camera turned off on my app and my wife's. Got notification (while camera was "off" for sound and when clicked notification discover the "off camera" recorded our dog barking and a picture of the wall I have the camera pointing at.
